Examinations & Grades
December Final Exam Schedule
December Final Exams will be held December 7-22, 2009, inclusive
(Saturdays included). The exam schedule is also posted in the My Exams
Schedule channel in PAWS. Once posted, exam dates/times cannot be
changed without the consent of the instructor and all the students in a
class.
Students are requested to have suitable identification (Student ID card
or other picture ID) available during all exams.
April Final Exams 2010 will be held April 10-30.
Deferred and Supplemental Examinations
The deferred and supplemental examination schedule will be posted on this website two weeks prior to the start of the examination period. It is the student’s responsibility to check the website for the date, time, and location of the examination. Beginning in June, 2008, deferred and supplemental exams will be held during the same time period.

Students with Disabilities
It is the responsibility of both the student and the academic unit to inform both Academic Services and Disability Services for Students (DSS) when a student requires special examination accommodation.
Cost
Cost is assessed when a student’s application is approved by the college. In order to avoid interest charges, payment must be made prior to the last working day of the month in which approval for the examination is received:

Final and Midterm Grades
Students can view their final and midterm grades as follows:
- Log into PAWS
- Select the Academics Tab
- Select Student Services in the Academic
Services channel
- Select Student Records menu option on the Student
Services main menu
- Select View Your Unofficial Transcript or MidTerm Grades menu option on the Student Records menu
Please note that only instructors of 100-level, six-credit unit classes are obligated to report midterm grades through PAWS; for all other instructors reporting midterm grades through PAWS is optional.
