Outstanding Fees

Graduands should immediately settle all financial responsibilities with the University. 

Students who have holds on his/her account pertaining to the degree they are graduating with will be allowed to graduate and attend the Convocation ceremony, but will not receive the parchment or any other official documentation of the degree, receive transcripts or be eligible to reregister until the account is cleared.  The deadline to clear overdue accounts so that you may receive your parchment at the convocation ceremony is May 24, 2013.

Transcripts

Undergraduate graduands who have accumulated transfer credits from another post-secondary institution to satisfy the requirements for their program, but have not yet prearranged for an official transcript confirming these credits to be sent to the University of Saskatchewan, must arrange to have an official transcript faxed directly from the issuing institution to Admissions at (306) 966-2115, by May 10, 2013 to be eligible for graduation.

Students must also arrange to have the original official transcript mailed directly from the issuing institution to Admissions at the University of Saskatchewan, to be received by May 17, 2013.

Students with outstanding official transcript obligations will be allowed to graduate and attend the Convocation ceremony, but will not receive the parchment, any other official documentation of the degree or receive official transcripts from the University of Saskatchewan until the outstanding documentation is received.
