Tickets
Spring 2012 Convocation Tickets
- You have to request tickets for convocation when you apply to graduate. Each graduate is allocated/allowed 1 graduate ticket and can request up to 4 guest tickets
- If you did not request tickets but you now want to attend, contact us at convocation@usask.ca before May 18, 2012
- If you requested tickets and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can release these tickets to other students
Ticket Pick Up
Note: You must pick up your requested tickets by Monday June 4, 2012 at 4:30pm or they will be released to other students. If you cannot make it to any of these times, someone can pick up your tickets on your behalf.
Photo ID must be presented when picking up tickets.

Extra Tickets
Extra tickets may be available for your ceremony. All extra tickets (if any) will be released on a first come first serve basis to a maximum of 4 tickets per person between Tuesday May 22, 2012 and Wednesday May 30, 2012. To obtain extra tickets:
1) E-mail convocation@usask.ca on Tuesday May 22nd, 2012 beginning at 8:00am.
2) We will answer the e-mails on a first come first serve basis letting you know if there are extra tickets for your ceremony or not.
3) If you are successful in obtaining extra tickets, they are to be picked up at one of the times and locations listed above.
Unclaimed Tickets
All tickets that have not been picked up after June 4th will be released at TCU place as unclaimed tickets one hour before your ceremony on a first come first serve basis (no limit per person).
