The Inquiring Mind


An evidence-based program designed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to address and promote mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness on campus.

The Inquiring Mind workshop focuses on reducing stigma and negative attitudes, improving resiliency and coping strategies, increasing knowledge of the mental health continuum, fostering a supportive campus community, and helping to support others.
