An evidence-based program designed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to promote mental health and reduce stigma of mental illness on campus.

The Inquiring Mind workshop focuses on reducing stigma and negative attitudes, improving resiliency and coping strategies, increasing knowledge of the mental health continuum, fostering a supportive campus community, and helping to support others. 
A free four-hour workshop for all Usask students.
