Session 5: Body Image Resiliency, Self-Compassion, & Self-Care
Participants will have an opportunity to improve their relationship with food, their body, and themselves in safe and supportive environment. Each session includes education components, activities, videos, and opportunities to share and discuss. Open to all genders. Those who sign up will be asked a few questions to assess whether the group will work for them. It’s ideal to attend all sessions as they build on eachother.
