Introduction to Conflict Resolution: Dealing with Difficult People

A 12-hour workshop focusing on conflict resolution and tools and strategies when dealing with difficult people. The workshop is a certified program developed by Mediation Services and facilitated by a qualified mediator.

Why do some conversations with people cause us to feel frustrated, angry, and/or exhausted?

This 12-hour course is a foundational conflict resolution workshop which will provide you with a variety of strategies to assist you when dealing with difficult people.

  • Explore your own approaches to conflict  
  • Learn techniques to adapt your approach to managing difficult people to create better outcomes
  • Learn to create the right environment when engaging in difficult conversations to get the best results
