Student Engagement Sessions (formerly Employer Information Sessions) are designed to create conversation and meaningful connections between employers, community partners, USask students and alumni. In-person, virtual, and possibly hybrid hosting options are available.

|Standard||Virtual only - meeting hosted by employer/community partner and link provided by employer/community partner.||FREE|
Virtual – hosted by Career Services team member, and link provided by Career Services. Breakout sessions also available.
In-Person - Career Services team will work with the employer/community partner to setup the event. This includes connecting with applicable student groups, date/time/venue selection, registration tracking, and event promotion. Hybrid options may be available as well.

Cancellation Policy (Premium Only)
If an engagement session needs to be cancelled by the employer there will be a $75 admin fee charged if canceled less than 5 business days out.
If an engagement session needs to be cancelled due to low registration numbers, there will be no admin fee charged.

To support student engagement and make recruitment accessible for all employers and community partners we have opportunities for informal on-campus student engagement in the North Concourse of Upper Place Riel.
