Roads to Wellness
All events Wellness
‘Yoga’ means wholeness, uniting the breath, body, mind. In this ‘yoga’ embodiment session we will tune in and explore our momentary experience through breath & movement. We will explore the metaphor of the ‘lotus’ to anchor and ground our practice. Come join us as Sonal leads us through practice which can be nourishing for the mind, body, and spirit. No experience necessary! All levels.
