The Student Wellness Centre is excited to offer Yoga at the Prince Albert Campus. Celeste Boran-Fetch will instruct a six-week yoga session for the Fall semester. Come invest in yourself and engage in an activity that benefits your physical and mental health well-being. This yoga community is open to all levels of experience. Yoga will be held on Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm from September 23 to November 4, 2025 (No yoga on September 30th) .

This yoga session is FREE for all USask students, staff and faculty.  

Please bring a mat, comfy clothes and H2O. There are extra mats available if needed.
