Harm Reduction!?: An Anti-Oppressive Practice in Policy, Power, and Understanding

Bradley Campbell (he/him) is a senior addictions therapist with a decade of experience in mental health and addictions. He is also a graduate student in the Faculty of Education at the University of Alberta. Bradley’s work critically examines how policy, power, and perception shape our collective understanding of harm reduction. Grounded in front-line practice, he approaches harm reduction as both a practical and political framework for care, equity, and social transformation.
