Please join us for a special screening of the film "AS PRESCRIBED", a documentary about the benzodiazepine harm crisis.

Summary: An unlikely hero leads a legion of good patients out of a nightmare none would wish on their worst enemy. Together, they fight to overcome their benzodiazepine nightmare, determined to find healing and justice in a system that has refused to recognize their pharma-caused harm for decades.

This ONLINE screening is hosted by the University of Saskatchewan School of Public Health and the Canadian Research Initiative in Substance Matters (CRISM). The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with the Director/Producer Holly Hardman, Barb Connolly PhD, Hailey Campbell M.Ed, and Jennifer Chouinard MPP.

Topics will include lived experience in health care and policymaking, digital peer support networks, and caregiver impact.
