This class focuses on mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and accessible poses that build strength, mobility, and calm - perfect for beginners and all experience levels.

This session is completely free to attend, and if you feel called to give, optional donations are welcome and will go directly toward supporting men’s mental health initiatives.

Take this time to recalibrate, reconnect, and prioritize your wellness.

Everyone is welcome. Just bring water and an open mind.

 

Peer Health USask is a Student Wellness Centre (SWC) initiative and run by student staff and volunteers. All students have Peer Health volunteer training.  All programs have the support of SWC professional staff.
