The Student Wellness Centre is excited to offer Yoga at the Prince Albert Campus. We will be accessing Bliss Yoga Virtual online classes. Take time to care for your body and mind with a relaxing and rejuvenating session. This yoga community is open to all levels of experience. Yoga will be held on Wednesdays from May 27 to August 5.

This yoga session is FREE for all USask students, staff and faculty.  

Please bring a mat, comfy clothes and H2O. There are extra mats available if needed.
