Time: 10:30 am–2:30 pm

Location: Front Courtyard, Atrium and Gathering Room

Join us for a day focused on connection, kindness, hope, and wellness.

The day begins at 10:30 am. with a welcome and opening prayer, followed by three interactive come-and-go wellness sessions:

  • Session A: Meet Gord and his therapy dog, Murphy
  • Session B: Somatic Movement and Breathwork in the Atrium
  • Session C: Sharing Circle in the Gathering Room

The Atrium Resource Village will feature campus and community supports, services, and resources available to students.

Enjoy a free barbecue lunch at noon, then take part in kindness challenges and activities led by our Peer Health Facilitators throughout the day.

Afternoon sessions begin at 1 pm

  • Session A: Bilateral art and creation of community canvas with Nicola. Blue the therapy dog will be onsite. 
  • Session B: Prayer, devotions and spiritual practices with Sam.


We'll wrap up the day at 2 pm with the unveiling of the community canvas and the awarding of a wellness door prize.
