Feeling stressed from midterms? Looking for a fun activity to take your mind off schoolwork? If so, join us for Paint & Plant, where you can paint a flower pot and plant your own plant! Spots are limited, so sign up and secure yours today! After signing up, you can come by anytime from 11 am - 2 pm, as long as you leave yourself enough time to finish the activity!
This event is being put on by the Peer Health USask Healthy Mind group. The goal of our group is to keep students mentally well through a variety of initiatives on campus.
Peer Health USask is a Student Wellness Centre (SWC) initiative and run by student staff and volunteers. All students have Peer Health volunteer training. All programs have the support of SWC professional staff.
