Bursaries
October 1st is the deadline to apply for most bursaries offered by the university. Bursaries are usually given to students in financial need, though some bursaries may have additional criteria. Recipients will be notified by early February.

Scholarships
June 1st is the deadline for a large number of scholarships on campus. Scholarships are normally granted for academic achievement or leadership experiences. Recipients will be notified by the first day of classes.

| Eligibility: | Open to female medical students who are entering into the first-year medical program in the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. A female student having the highest grade in Biomedical Science courses (BMSC 200 and 230 or equivalent) taken in their Pre-Med program will be awarded this scholarship. |
| Selection criteria: | Selection will be made by calculating the average mark in Biomedical Science Courses (BMSC 200 and 230 or equivalent) taken during the Pre-Med program and awarding to a first year entry level female medical student having the highest mark in these courses. |
| Donor: | The family, in memory of the late Manju L. Khandelwal, a first-year medical student. |
