Bursaries
October 1st is the deadline to apply for most bursaries offered by the university. Bursaries are usually given to students in financial need, though some bursaries may have additional criteria. Recipients will be notified by early February.

Scholarships
June 1st is the deadline for a large number of scholarships on campus. Scholarships are normally granted for academic achievement or leadership experiences. Recipients will be notified by the first day of classes.
Did you do well in your classes? Consider applying for scholarships.

| Eligibility: | Open to students in years 3 and 4 of the B.Ed. program or enrolled in the B.E.A.D program who have chosen a major in: mathematics, physics, chemistry, technology, practical and applied arts, Aboriginal education, and special needs. After receiving teacher certification, recipients must return two years of service to the school division for the first year of financial assistance plus one year for an additional year of financial assistance. The school board does not have an obligation to employ the teacher. |
