The University of Saskatchewan's Student Finance and Awards is hosting a tax information session as part of our Financial Literacy Series with the Graduate Student Association and the University of Saskatchewan Student's Union.

Join us on Monday, March 30 from 2–3:30 pm for an online session with a Benefits Outreach Officer from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

  • 2–2:45 pm, attend a presentation focused on key tax topics for students, including:
    • Doing your taxes pays off
    • Starting your first job
    • Ways to do your taxes
    • Tax credits
    • Online services
    • How to recognize and avoid scams
  • 2:45–3:30 pm, the Benefits Outreach Officer will be able to answer questions.

This event is a great opportunity to learn the basics, ask questions, and prepare confidently for the upcoming tax season.
