Health Services
Staying healthy can be a challenge—especially during this
busy time of life when you’re working hard on classes, pursuing
extracurricular interests or holding down a job to pay for your
education.
The U of S has a Student Health
Centre, where you can see a variety of health professionals
about any health concern. You can also find educational
information on a wide range of health subjects—from
sexual health to mental health—to help you make informed
decisions about your health and health care.

Healty, Quck and Easy Recipes
A group containing a recipe collection has been developed in
PAWS, where
students can submit and retrieve healthy, quick and easy recipes.
As an incentive to build the recipe collection, a monthly draw
will be made. To enter, simply submit your favorite recipes. To
access CAMPUS COOKS!, log on to PAWS
and click on the groups icon. You will find CAMPUS COOKS! under
the Health & Wellness folder.
