A 15-minute guided discussion about a mindfulness topic followed 10-minute guided meditation.
Join Emily for a discussion on how principles of mindfulness can be applied to our everyday lives to improve our stress management skills and overall mental well-being. Every week, we will discuss a new topic and end the session with a 10-minute guided meditation.
Please note that Mindful Moment will be cancelled on Feb 20nd for Reading week.
