Are you feeling fatigued by your exams, assignments, and other responsibilities?

 

Peer Health is offering Self-Care and Wellness Sessions on Thursday from 4 - 5:30 p.m. During these ~1.5-hour sessions, we will explore the benefits of self-care, participate in self-care activities and crafts,
and practice mindfulness and meditation.


Past self-care activities and crafts include:

  • Origami snowflakes, animals, bookmarks, etc.
  • Aromatherapy (e.g. mini galaxy-coloured essential oil bottles)
  • Art therapy (e.g. watercolour paintings and mandalas)


Snacks and refreshments are provided. The location is Marquis 104 (across from the USask bookstore), and everyone is welcome. Click on the link below for more information on the next upcoming session
