Bursaries
October 1st is the deadline to apply for most bursaries offered by the university. Bursaries are usually given to students in financial need, though some bursaries may have additional criteria. Recipients will be notified by early February.

Scholarships
June 1st is the deadline for a large number of scholarships on campus. Scholarships are normally granted for academic achievement or leadership experiences. Recipients will be notified by the first day of classes.

Global Health Scholarship

| Eligibility: | NurseJournal.org offers one deserving student each year this scholarship to help reach their educational goals. This merit-based Global Health Scholarship is awarded to a student to pay for the costs of their online or campus based education. It may be awarded to anyone who is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level, global health related program in nursing, medicine, or public health. International students are welcome to apply if they are currently be enrolled in a qualified program. All military are welcome. Students who are participating in any type of Global Health program may qualify for this scholarship including nurses, public health workers and physicians. |
| Selection criteria: | Candidates are judged on formal registration and the written essay portion. Registration is weighted 25%, Essay 50%, and Work History and Activities at 25%. Additional considered criteria are:
