Hugh Ross MacKenzie Memorial Post-Graduate Research Scholarship

Eligibility: Available to graduate students doing research in one or more of the following areas:
  • bitumen or bituminous mixtures;
  • flexible pavement structural design;
  • transportation by vehicles on land but not rail.
Donor: This scholarship was established by a graduate of the College of Engineering in honour of Mr. Hugh Ross MacKenzie, former Deputy Minister of the Saskatchewan Department of Highways and Transportation.
Apply: Award will be made by the Research Committee of the College of Engineering upon recommendation of a department.
