| Donor: | This scholarship was established by a graduate of the College of Engineering in honour of Mr. Hugh Ross MacKenzie, former Deputy Minister of the Saskatchewan Department of Highways and Transportation. |
| Apply: | Award will be made by the Research Committee of the College of Engineering upon recommendation of a department.
