Saskatoon Russian Cultural Club Joseph and Mabel Fofonoff Language Scholarship

Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and graduate students who have completed (or will have done so prior to commencement of program of study) two years of university-level Russian language study. The award is to be used for the study of the Russian language in either a summer immersion or semester study program in North America or Europe. The award is contingent upon the applicant's acceptance into a Russian language study program.
Donor: The Saskatoon Russian Cultural Club in honour of Joseph and Mabel Fofonoff, who were long-term Saskatchewan residents and founding members of the club.
Apply: Awards will be based on the following criteria:
  1. academic achievements
  2. letter of intent describing the applicant's plans for using the award.

Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive letter, their official transcript(s), and a letter of reference attesting to their likelihood of success in the Russian language program to be undertaken.
