Dr. Gerhard Herzberg Doctoral Promotion Award
Eligibility: | Awarded to students in the M.Sc. program in Chemistry who choose to promote to the PhD program in Chemistry rather than complete the M.Sc. Students must have a GPA of 80% or above and have published at least one paper or presented a paper (either oral or poster presentation) at a recognized conference; or have had a paper or conference presentation accepted at the time of transfer. |

This scholarship arises from the Herzberg Fund, established with funds donated by Dr. Herzberg, the Herzberg family, Dr. G. Russel Walker, and by friends and colleagues of Dr. Herzberg. |
