Roads to Wellness - "Centered in the Peace and Power of Yoga"
All events Wellness
Come explore the practice of yoga. ‘Yoga’ means wholeness/harmony...uniting the breath, body, mind. In this ‘yoga’ embodiment session we will tune in and explore our momentary experience through breath, movement, and sound - with the lens of relationship to the Earth and other beings in our community.
