The Student Wellness Centre offers medical and mental health services to USask students. To book an appointment with Indigenous Counsellor Seapieces Marsland or another service provider, please contact the centre.

After Hours Help

In an emergency or crisis, you can visit your local hospital emergency department, or you can call 911. 

If you are in Saskatoon, you can also contact Mobile Crisis at 306-933-6200.

The IRSSS (Indian Residential School Survivors Society) Emergency Crisis Line is available 24/7 for those that may need support: 1-800-721-0066. The Resolution Health Support Program also offers a 24 hour crisis line: 1-866-925-4419.

Grounding Circle

If you would like Elder support, the Gordon Oakes Red Bear Student Centre hosts a weekly online Circle with Elder Roland Duquette on Monday from 10 am – noon. These grounding circles are intended to be a safe and confidential space for students, staff and elders to connect. It will be a shared safe space focused on respect, kindness, compassion and maintaining good relationships with one another.
