Bursaries

October 1st is the deadline to apply for most bursaries offered by the university. Bursaries are usually given to students in financial need, though some bursaries may have additional criteria. Recipients will be notified by early February.

Scholarships

June 1st is the deadline for a large number of scholarships on campus. Scholarships are normally granted for academic achievement or leadership experiences. Recipients will be notified by the first day of classes.

Did you do well in your classes? Consider applying for scholarships.

Greg Bohachik Memorial Scholarship

EligibilityOpen to continuing undergraduate students pursuing a B.Mus or B.Ed/B.Mus degree program, with preference given to students who are in a jazz ensemble.
Selection CriteriaSelection will be based upon musicianship and academic performance in a student's applied lesson studies and ensemble studies, with preference given to students who are in a jazz ensemble.
DonorEstablished by Eleanor Bohachik, on behalf of the Bohachik family, in honour of Greg Bohachik (April 5, 1962 - September 2, 2009). Greg received his Bachelor of Music in Education in 1985.
