Bursaries

October 1st is the deadline to apply for most bursaries offered by the university. Bursaries are usually given to students in financial need, though some bursaries may have additional criteria. Recipients will be notified by early February.

Scholarships

June 1st is the deadline for a large number of scholarships on campus. Scholarships are normally granted for academic achievement or leadership experiences. Recipients will be notified by the first day of classes.

Grandey Leadership Awards

Value: First place: $3,500
Second place: $1,500
Number offered: 2
Eligibility: Open to continuing students in the Edwards School of Business. To be eligible, candidates must submit:
  • a statement of approximately 500 words (no more than two pages) of leadership achievement(s) that occurred during their tenure at the Edwards School of Business (high school activities are not applicable)
  • three letters of support from professors, employers or others in the community that attest to the applicant's leadership achievement(s)
Selection criteria: Merits of the leadership statement and supporting letters
Donor: Grandey Leadership Initiatives Fund, Edwards School of Business
Apply: Edwards School of Business on-line application available March 1.
