Where are you on the mental health continuum?
Your mental health exists on a continuum. Where you find yourself on it depends on many internal and external factors, and you can move back and forth along the continuum as your situation improves or deteriorates.
Find the stage that most closely describes your current behaviours and feelings to determine where you are on the mental health continuum and which actions you should take to move to or remain in the healthy stage.
