Holders of this award are eligible for renewal for one additional year provided they remain enrolled in a graduate program, continue to meet the eligibility requirements, and are in good academic standing, as determined by the Award Committee.

U of S Student Travel Award Funding is provided to eligible applicants on first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for Student Travel Award applications is one month before the estimated start of the conference, event or other activity but you are welcome to submit your application as soon as you have all the required supporting documents. Activities will not be funded retroactively. See the application form for more details. Individual: $200 - $1,000, depending on destination and purpose of travel.
