For questions about class registration, student loans, financial appeals, understanding your tuition, academic life, and referrals to USask colleges and support units.

- 9 am – noon (12 pm) and 1 - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Phone lines are closed: Monday and Wednesday afternoons and all day Friday.
- During phone closures, we will be working hard to provide efficient and timely support for student loans, financial appeals and other inquiries.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS CURRENTLY A PROBLEM IN VIEWING SOME LINKED LABS/TUTORIALS/SEMINARS WHEN REGISTERING IN CLASSES.
If you are attempting to register in an open seat of a class that has a linked lab/tutorial/seminar, but you are not able to view the linked lab/tutorial/seminar options when clicking on the ‘Required links’ button:
- click on the class title link in the ‘Title’ column on the class search results page
- click on ‘Linked Sections’ to view the linked labs/tutorials/seminars for that specific section of the class
- write down the CRN of the desired lecture section and the CRN of a linked lab/tutorial/seminar section
- click on the ‘Enter CRN’s’ tab on the class search results page to register by entering the CRN’s of the lecture and the linked lab/tutorial/seminar
About Student Central
Student Central provides undergraduate and graduate students with centralized assistance with finances, registration and academic life. Student Central Officers:
- troubleshoot registration problems
- process late registrations, audit registrations and section changes
- help students navigate PAWS
- provide information on scholarships, bursaries and other financial information
- provide confirmation of enrolment for federal and provincial student loans
- provide assistance and information about crisis financial aid and financial appeals
- provide information about exams, transcripts and convocation
Staff can also help complete Canada Pension Plan forms, provide information on student records to third parties with appropriate authorization and assist with legal name changes. In addition to these direct services, Student Central Officers are information specialists who guide students to campus-wide services and resources.
