Status card and Métis citizenship identification sessions

The Office of the Vice-Provost, Indigenous Engagement, in partnership with Saskatoon Tribal Council and the White Buffalo Youth Lodge team, and Métis Nation Saskatchewan, are facilitating a status card and Métis citizenship identification drive.

Register online from September 1 – 11, 2023. At least one week before your session, all documents and requirements will be communicated to you.

- First Nation Status Card Session Sign-Up (To renew, replace or get your first Status Card at these sessions you should already be registered and hold a status number with a First Nation.)

This event has been created to help reduce barriers for students. This is not a mandatory process but rather an
opportunity to improve the process of Indigenous Membership and Verification. This process is directly correlated
with the implementation of the deybwewin | taapwaywin | tapwewin: Indigenous Truth Policy.
