Thinking About My Drinking - Challenge

Take a break from alcohol (or any other concerning substance) for the entire month of January, or part of it - your choice!
- You are encouraged to submit reflections about your experiences with being alcohol-free/substance-free (limit of one reflection a day).
- Reflections will be shared anonymously via the Peer Health social media platforms.
- Each reflection will get your name entered to win 1 of 3 prizes, worth up to $100!

Each week's reflections will have a different theme:
- Week 1 (4th - 10th January): Reasons for participation (reflections about why you want to take part in the challenge, and/or what do you hope to gain from it)
- Week 2 (11th - 17th January): Mental health (reflections about how mental health has been influenced by not drinking)
- Week 3 (18th - 24th January): Finances and academics (reflections about how finances and academics have been influenced by not drinking)
- Week 4 (25th - 31st January): Health and social life (reflections about how physical well-being and social life have been influenced by not drinking)
NOTE: All members of the U of S community are welcome to partake in the challenge, but only students are eligible to win prizes.
